Agreement to Build definition

Agreement to Build or “MPDU Agreement to Build” means an agreement executed between an Applicant and the Department to construct MPDUs in a development as required by Section 25A-5 and this regulation.
Agreement to Build means the agreement dated on or around the date of the Agreement to Lease between the Lessee and Whai Rawa Kainga Development Limited;
Agreement to Build means the written agreement dated on or around the date of this Agreement between the Lessee and the Builder for the erection of a home (on the principal unit) and a carpark (on the accessory unit) on the Premises;

Related to Agreement to Build

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.
