Agricultural use definition

Agricultural use means the use of any pesticide or method or device for the control of pests in connection with the commercial production, storage or processing of any animal or plant crop. “Agricultural Use” does not include the sale or use of pesticides in properly labeled packages or containers which are intended for: (A) Home use, (B) Use in structural pest control, or (C) Industrial or Institutional use. For the purposes of this definition only:
Agricultural use means lands, buildings, or structures, excluding any portion thereof used as a dwelling unit, used, designed, or intended for use for the purpose of a bona fide farming operation, including, but not limited to, animal husbandry, dairying, livestock, fallow, field crops, removal of sod, forestry, fruit farming, horticulture, market gardening, pasturage, poultry keeping, equestrian facilities, and any other activities customarily carried on in the field of agriculture; but does not include a commercial use or a medical marijuana operation;
Agricultural use means any use of water primarily in the production of plant crops or livestock for market, including any use incidental thereto for domestic or stock-watering purposes.
