Agricultural User definition

Agricultural User means any person who owns or operates an implement of husbandry specified in subsection 1 for an agricultural use. As used in this subsection, “agricultural use” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 361A.030.
Agricultural User means a Groundwater User that uses Groundwater for irrigation, recreation, wildlife or other uses that require the application of Groundwater to the surface of the land.
