AHS Business definition

AHS Business means the business, operations and activities of providing home warranty plans for household systems and appliances in the United States, as conducted by AHS immediately prior to the Internal Distribution.
AHS Business means the business unit of the Seller and its Subsidiaries known as “Active Healing Solutions” that provides advanced wound care therapies other than those of the Business, including therapies based on the Seller’s negative pressure technology platform.

  • Except if AHF has designated or approved suppliers in the Operations Manual, Franchisee shall have the right to purchase directly from any supplier the equipment, services, and Products required for the operation of its AHS Business; provided that the equipment, services, and Products meet all applicable minimum specifications established by AHF.

  • Franchisee is required to own and operate a computer with software meeting AHF’s minimum specifications in the operation of its AHS Business.

  • Such Copyrighted Works include, but are not limited to, AHF’s software programs (including the scheduling software program), the Operations Manual, advertisements, and promotional materials, and may include all or part of the System, trade dress and other portions of an AHS Business.

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.
