Ainsworth Consultants means D. Michael Ainsworth and Catherine E. Ainsworth, the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, respectively, as of the date hereof.
Sub-consultants means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Contract.
Architect/ consultants means and refer to the Consultants appointed by NU as Architect Consultants.
Architects/ Consultants means M/s.
Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
Consultants means employees and third party contractors which SAP utilizes to provide Services to Licensee.
Sub-consultant and or Associates means any entity to which the Consultants subcontract any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clause GC 3.7; and
Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).

Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.
Independent Consultant means the independent individual, firm, or organization with which the SBA contracts to prepare the Premium Formula and any other actuarial services for the FHCF, as determined under the contract with the Consultant.
Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
Key means any device designed and constructed to provide a method of operating a locking system which is designed and constructed to be operated only by that device.
Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.
Investment Consultant means PMA Asset Management, LLC, or such other Person who shall be acceptable to the Governing Board.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Reward means any goods, services, benefits, arrangements or other privileges (including, without limitation, miles on participating airline frequent flyer programs, payment of annual Cardmembership fees or rebate), as may be determined by the Bank in its reasonable discretion, which may be redeemed or obtained by the use of Points under the Program; and S$ means the lawful currency of the Republic of Singapore.
Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;
Cosmetologist means an individual authorized to engage in all branches of cosmetology in a licensed facility.
Cropland means land used for the production of adapted crops for harvest, alone or in a rotation with grasses and legumes, and includes row crops, small grain crops, hay crops, nursery crops, orchard crops, and other similar specialty crops.
Safety Consultant shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1;
Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Cosmetology means the art or practice of embellishment, cleansing, beautification, and styling of hair, wigs, postiches, face, body, or nails.
Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.
Dominant in its field of operation means having more than ten employees and annual gross revenues in the preceding twelve months which, if added to the annual amount of the contract awarded, exceed $500,000.
Associates has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
