Air Conditioning Plant definition

Air Conditioning Plant means all of the plant and equipment which is located anywhere in the Premises or on the Land and which is associated with the ventilation, air conditioning, heating or cooling of the Premises;
Air Conditioning Plant means the plant, machinery and equipment installed in the Building for heating, cooling or circulating air in the Premises and any alteration addition or replacement of this plant, machinery and equipment.
Air Conditioning Plant means all compressors, condensors, chiller sets, pumps, pipe works, switchboards, wiring, thermostats, controls, cooling towers, air handling units and duct work used for the production and reticulation of chilled water and conditioned air for the Building but does not include any air conditioning plant or equipment which is part of the Lessee’s Property;

  • The Landlord does not in any way warrant that the Air Conditioning Plant or the Elevators or both are or will remain suitable or adequate for any of the purposes of the Tenant.
