Air contaminant source project definition

Air contaminant source project means the installation or modification of one or more air contaminant sources (and any structures associated with such installations or modifications), all of which results from a discrete production goal or objective.
Air contaminant source project means, for the purposes of paragraph 3745-31-03(A)(1)(qq) of the Administrative Code, one or more air contaminant sources and/or one or more modifications to air contaminant source(s), each with an uncontrolled potential to emit of less than Column B of the Threshold Exemption Table described in paragraph 3745-31-03(A)(1)(qq)(xi) of the Administrative Code, associated with a discrete production goal or objective where installation is scheduled to begin or has begun within any 12-month period. For the purposes of this definition, installation shall mean the same as described in paragraph 3745-31-03(A)(1)(qq)(vi) of the Administrative Code.

  • Air pollutant , which means any solid, liquid or gaseous substance (including noise) present in the atmosphere in such concentration as may be or tend to be injurious to human beings or other living creatures or plants or property or environment.
