Air duct definition

Air duct means conduits or passageways for conveying air to or from heating, cooling, air conditioning or ventilation equipment, but not including the plenum.
Air duct means any pipe, tube, conduit or enclosed space used or to be used in any building for the transmission of air in an artificial ventilation system;
Air duct means a tube or conduit used to convey air. Air passages in self−contained systems are not air ducts.
