Air Partners definition

Air Partners means Air Partners, L.P., a Texas limited partnership.
Air Partners means the Previous General Partner and its Subsidiaries, excluding the Partnership and its Subsidiaries.
Air Partners shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.

  • Acting through its two general partners, Air Partners has the sole power to vote or to direct the vote and to dispose or to direct the disposition of 2,740,000 shares of the Class A Stock and has no power to vote or to direct the vote of any shares of the Class B Stock.
