Air Pollution Control Officer definition

Air Pollution Control Officer means the person whose functional responsibility is to direct and coordinate the air pollution control activities and program for the State.
Air Pollution Control Officer or “APCO" means the appointed head of a local air quality management district or air pollution control district whose appointment and duties are set forth in Health and Safety Code sections 40750-40753.
Air Pollution Control Officer means the Air Pollution Control Officer of a California Air Pollution Control District, Air Quality Management District, or Air Resources District, or her or his delegate.
