Airline Improvements definition

Airline Improvements means those fixtures and construction related additions, modifications and improvements located on or affixed to Airline’s Allocated Premises, or elsewhere at the Airport, which have been purchased and/or constructed at the sole cost and expense of Airline.
Airline Improvements means those fixtures and construction-related additions, modifications and improvements located on or affixed to Airline’s Leased Premises, or elsewhere at the Airport, which have been purchased and/or constructed at the sole cost and expense of Airline, and which cannot be removed without causing damage to Airport property;

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;
