Airline Travel Benefits definition

Airline Travel Benefits is defined in Section 3(h).

  • Thereafter, the Executive's ongoing salary and benefits (including any travel privileges) shall be commensurate with the level of the position accepted by the Executive; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to the Airline Travel Benefits accorded to American's level 8 employees up until the 30-month anniversary of the Effective Time of the Merger.

  • During the Employment Period, American shall provide or cause to provide to the Executive, the Executive's Spouse, the Executive's Parents and the Executive's Eligible Children the same travel privileges accorded to American's level 8 employees (the "Airline Travel Benefits").

  • The Executive's Parents shall be entitled to Airline Travel Benefits for their respective lifetimes if and when the Executive (or the Executive's Spouse in the case of the Executive's death) becomes entitled to the benefits described in the immediately preceding sentence.

  • An Eligible Child shall be entitled to Airline Travel Benefits for so long as he or she shall remain an Eligible Child.

Related to Airline Travel Benefits

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are less than, greater than or equal to the schedule fee, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.

  • Bereavement Pay Benefits means the benefits as set out in Article II hereof.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.

This includes persons who perform household or domestic services or duties of a similar nature for you. This does not include persons while performing duties in connection with your business.

  • Additional gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are more than the schedule fee and which otherwise meet the requirements of the fund’s no or known gap policy, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Welfare Benefits means the types of benefits described in Section 3(1) of ERISA (whether or not covered by ERISA).

  • Tuition pupil means a pupil of school age attending school in a district other than the pupil's district of residence for whom tuition may be charged to the district of residence. Tuition pupil does not include a pupil who is a special education pupil, a pupil described in subsection (6)(c) to (o), or a pupil whose parent or guardian voluntarily enrolls the pupil in a district that is not the pupil's district of residence. A pupil's district of residence shall not require a high school tuition pupil, as provided under section 111, to attend another school district after the pupil has been assigned to a school district.

  • Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.

  • Dependent adult means a person 18 years of age or older who is unable to protect the person’s own interests or unable to adequately perform or obtain services necessary to meet essential human needs, as a result of a physical or mental condition which requires assistance from another.

  • Travel retailer means a business entity that makes, arranges, or offers travel services and may offer and disseminate travel insurance as a service to its customers on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer.

Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
