Additional Benefits definition

Additional Benefits means quantifiable and verifiable enhancement of conservation of biodiversity and/or improvement of local livelihoods realized as a result of implementation of the REDD activities;
Additional Benefits means those benefits in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Additional Benefits means benefits totally financed by a state and payable to exhaustees by reason of high unemployment or by reason of other special factors under the provisions of any state law.

Additional Benefits consists of the following rights and benefits: except as otherwise provided below, Executive (and, to the extent applicable, his dependents) will be entitled to continue participation in all of the Company's health benefit plans (the "Health Plans"), until the second anniversary of Executive's termination of employment (the "End Date"); provided that Executive's participation in the Company's Health Plans shall cease on any earlier date that Executive becomes eligible for comparable benefits from a subsequent employer. Additional Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 2.03.
