• Breach by Aladdin Gaming of its obligations under Section 10(a), 10(f) or 10(g) of the Facilities Agreement shall be deemed cured by the Administrative Agent upon delivery by the Administrative Agent of information obtained by it from Aladdin Gaming pursuant to the Senior Credit Agreement.
