Alarm company operator definition

Alarm company operator means any person who, for any consideration whatsoever, engages in business or accepts employment to install, maintain, alter, sell on premises, monitor, or service alarm systems or who responds to alarm systems except for any alarm agent. Alarm company operator, includes any entity that is retained by a licensed alarm company operator, a customer, or any other person or entity, to monitor one or more alarm systems, whether or not the entity performs any other duties within the definition of an alarm company operator. The provisions of this chapter, to the extent that they can be made applicable, shall be applicable to the duties and functions performed in monitoring alarm systems.
Alarm company operator means any person, busi- ness, or other entity operating for any consideration which engages in the installation, normal maintenance, alteration, monitoring, selling on premises, or servicing of alarm systems or who respond to alarm systems except for any alarm agent. Alarm company operator does not include a business which merely sells from a fixed location or manufactures alarm systems unless the business services, installs, sells on premises, monitors, or responds to alarm systems at the pro- tected premises.
Alarm company operator means any person licensed as an alarm company operator by the Bureau of Collection and Investigative Services pursuant to the provisions of the California Alarm Company Act, § 7590, et seq., of the Business and Professions Code and doing business as such within the corporate limits of the City of Banning.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
