All Goods definition

All Goods. (as defined in Article Nine of the UCC) including but not limited to a computer program embedded in goods and any supporting information provided in connection with a transaction relating to the program if (i) the program is associated with the goods in such a manner that it is customarily considered part of the goods, or (ii) by becoming the owner of the goods, a person acquires a right to use the program in connection with the goods, whether now existing or hereafter ("Goods").

Related to All Goods

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.

  • Returned Goods means all right, title and interest in and to returned, repossessed or foreclosed goods and/or merchandise the sale of which gave rise to a Receivable; provided that such goods shall no longer constitute Returned Goods after a Deemed Collection has been deposited in a Collection Account with respect to the full Outstanding Balance of the related Receivables.

  • Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;

  • Other Products means products other than Printable Media Products that were or are reasonably similar in form or function to the products developed (or under development), manufactured, marketed, distributed or sold by the Business as of the date of this Agreement or resulting from the normal progression of the business or technology related to such products. Other Products include: (i) organization, presentation and filing products (including indexes, dividers, binders, file folders, report covers and sheet protectors); (ii) writing instruments (including markers, highlighters and stick pens); (iii) stamp products; (iv) organization and identification products for professionals and individuals in the home, office and on-the-go; (v) organization, identification and other products related to education and learning; (vi) all other products intended for office or consumer use (including consumer glue products such as glue sticks or bottled glue for arts and crafts).

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • FOB means Free on Board

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (i.e.,works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.

  • Your Equipment means all wiring and other equipment located at the premises which are used to take supply of or consume electricity except any electricity supply equipment.

  • The Equipment/Product means all the Air conditioners along with the accessories which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • counterfeit trademark goods means any goods, including packaging, bearing without authorization a trademark which is identical to the trademark validly registered in respect of such goods, or which cannot be distinguished in its essential aspects from such a trademark, and which thereby infringes the rights of the owner of the trademark in question under the law of the country of importation;

  • identical goods means goods which are the same in all respects, including physical characteristics, quality and reputation. Minor differences in appearance would not preclude goods otherwise conforming to the definition from being regarded as identical;

  • Counterfeit Goods means Goods that are or contain unlawful or unauthorized reproductions, substitutions, or alterations that have been knowingly mismarked, misidentified, or otherwise misrepresented to be an authentic, unmodified part from the original manufacturer, or a source with the express written authority of the original manufacturer or current design activity, including an authorized aftermarket manufacturer. Unlawful or unauthorized substitution includes used Goods represented as new, or the false identification of grade, serial number, lot number, date code, or performance characteristics.
