Ex Works definition

Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (i.e.,works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.
Ex Works means "ex works" as defined in the edition of the rules for interpretation of trade terms known as INCOTERMS current as at the date of the Buyer's order;
Ex Works means Ex Works according to Incoterms 2000 or, after replacement of the Incoterms 2000, the then effective Incoterms.

  • Company shall ship Hardware (or other tangible Product components, if any) Ex Works Company's shipping location (Incoterms 2020), and title shall pass to Customer upon delivery by Company to the shipping location.

  • The Product Lots shall be delivered EXW (Ex Works) (Incoterms 2010) at facility designated by XENCOR to Licensee in writing.

Ex Works shall have the meaning as such term is defined in the ICC Incoterms, 2000, International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms, ICC Publication No. 560.
