Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).
Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.
D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.
Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).
Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Material support and resources means currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safe houses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, transportation, and other physical assets, except medicine or religious materials.
Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement; the Administration Agreement; Custodial Agreement; the Pricing Side Letter; the Electronic Tracking Agreement; the Collection Account Control Agreement; the Power of Attorney; each Servicing Agreement; each Servicer Notice; when entered into, the Subordination Agreement; and if entered into, the Escrow Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement.
Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.
Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.
Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).
Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.
