Allocated Transferor Interest definition

Allocated Transferor Interest for each Payment Date and each Loan Group is the excess of o the sum of the related Loan Group Balance as of the close of business on the day before the Payment Date (minus related outstanding Net Draws) plus any funds in the Additional Loan Account related to that Loan Group over o the Note Principal Balance of the related Class of Principal Amount Notes on the Payment Date (after giving effect to the payment of all amounts actually paid on the Notes on that Payment Date).
Allocated Transferor Interest means the portion of the Transferor Interest related to each Loan Group, which will equal as of any date of determination, the Loan Group Balance of the related Loan Group as of the close of business on the day preceding the date of determination, minus the Note Principal Balance for the Loan Group as of the close of business on the preceding Payment Date.

Examples of Allocated Transferor Interest in a sentence

  • Collections allocable to the Transferor Certificates pursuant to this Section 8.03(e) will be distributed to the Issuer only to the extent that the distribution will not reduce the applicable Allocated Transferor Interest as of the related Payment Date below the related Minimum Transferor Interest.

  • The "Available Transferor Subordinated Amount" for each Loan Group is, for any Payment Date, the lesser of the related Allocated Transferor Interest and the related Required Transferor Subordinated Amount.

Related to Allocated Transferor Interest

  • Transferor Interest has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.

  • Minimum Transferor Interest means, with respect to any period, --------------------------- 4% of the average of the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables for such period.

  • Note B Percentage Interest means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Note B Principal Balance and the denominator of which is the sum of the Note A Principal Balance and the Note B Principal Balance.

  • Noteholders’ Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount and the Noteholders’ Interest Distributable Amount.

  • Transferor Amount means (a) prior to the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" under (and as defined in) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and (b) on and after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" as defined in Annex A to the Indenture. For purposes of determining the Transferor Amount on any date of determination, any amount deposited into the Principal Account in respect of a Potential Shortfall shall be deemed not to be on deposit in the Principal Account.

  • Class B Investor Interest means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Investor Interest, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(b), minus (d) the amount of the Reallocated Class B Principal Collections allocated pursuant to subsection 4.12(a) on all prior Transfer Dates for which the Collateral Interest Amount has not been reduced, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Investor Interest has been reduced on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(a) and plus (f) the aggregate amount of Excess Spread allocated and available on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.11(d) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Investor Interest may not be reduced below zero.

  • Percentage Interest As to any Certificate, the percentage interest evidenced thereby in distributions required to be made on the related Class, such percentage interest being set forth on the face thereof or equal to the percentage obtained by dividing the Denomination of such Certificate by the aggregate of the Denominations of all Certificates of the same Class.
