Allocation Election definition

Allocation Election means a choice by a Participant of one or more Investment Options, and the allocation among them, in which future Participant deferrals, matching contributions and/or existing Account balances are Deemed Invested for purposes of determining earnings in a particular subaccount.

Allocation Election means the election by the Senior Lenders to receive, to the extent available, either (a) New LLC Interests in lieu of their Pro Rata Distribution of the New Sub Debt or (b) New Sub Debt in lieu of their Pro Rata Distribution of New LLC Interests, as described more fully in Article 4.E of the Plan.

Allocation Election means the Fund Optionholder’s written election made in accordance with Article 5 specifying the Grant Date Allocation of Fund Options granted on or after the date such election takes effect. The election shall be in substantially the form the Administrative Committee prescribes.

Examples of Allocation Election in a sentence

• The initial election shall be made on the Allocation Election form approved by the Plan Administrator (or Allocation Election Screen on the Participant website approved by the Plan Administrator) and shall specify the allocations among the Investment Options elected.

• The Allocation Election Form may be part of the Compensation Deferral Agreement, in the discretion of the Plan Administrator.
