Allocation Window definition

Allocation Window means a window for allocation of the Storage Services to Participants which may be a Subscription Window or an Auction Window as the case may be.

Examples of Allocation Window in a sentence

  • The Applicant’s credit/debit card shall have an expiry date beyond the date indicated on the Ticket Portal (which will depend on the applicable Allocation Window).

  • Any Successful Applicant who purchases or is allocated Tickets for the Match via an Allocation Window is not permitted to receive Tickets for the Match via any other Allocation Window.

  • For each Allocation Window, the Ticket Portal will indicate whether the Tickets are being sold on a FCFS Basis and/or whether a Ticket Draw will be held.

  • Such Terms and Conditions will specify the specific conditions for the offered Storage Services (including but not limited to the offered quantities) and the practical information applicable for a specific Allocation Window.In case Storage Services are still available after an Allocation Window, these or other Storage Services can be offered by Storage Operator to all Storage Users either via a new Allocation Window or under the First Committed, First Served principle.

  • In order to administrate effective allocations of Internet Resources by IRINN (National Internet Registry), APNIC will set an Allocation Window for IRINN.

  • Any Successful Applicant who purchases or is allocated Tickets for the relevant Match via an Allocation Window is not permitted to receive Tickets for such Match via any other Allocation Window.

  • IRINN is free to handle IPv4 and IPv6 requests within their Allocation Window.

  • Any requests above IRINN Allocation Window should be forwarded to APNIC for further evaluation.

  • The SCFC is a binding confirmation between the Storage Operator and the Storage User of the allocated Storage Services by the Storage Operator which becomes a Service Confirmation.In case of an Allocation Window (Subscription Window or Auction Window) or on a FCFS basis, Storage User will receive a SCFC in case of allocation of Storage Services as a result of the corresponding allocation.

  • Terms and Conditions or TCSW or TCAW: shall mean the specific terms and conditions applicable to a specific Allocation Window (Subscription Window “TCSW” or Auction Window “TCAW”) and/or offered Storage Services, including related services (as the case may be).

Related to Allocation Window

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

  • Allocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Capital Account Distribution Date and "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and
