Auction Window definition

Auction Window means a period in which a capacity auction is to be held, being, subject to regulation 87(1)(a), a period starting on 1st September and ending on the following 31st July;
Auction Window is defined in Section 2.3(a).
Auction Window means the Auction for Supply Period, as applicable.

More Definitions of Auction Window

Auction Window means the window for allocating the Services through auctioning in accordance with the provisions set out in attachment C2 of the Access Code for Storage and the Terms and Conditions for such window.

  • Rate Fixing Day means the second Business Day before the first day of an Interest Period for a Loan.

  • Money Market LIBOR Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to a LIBOR Auction (including such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)).
