Allotment Money definition

Allotment Money means the amount to be paid as mentioned in the Allotment Letter for for Allotment of the Apartment to the Allottee;
Allotment Money means the entire/part of the prescribed amount mentioned in the Allotment Letter payable by the Allottee/s in the manner prescribed in the Payment Schedule as mentioned in Schedule C 7. “Application Amount” that has been paid along with the Application Form which is now being mentioned as Booking Amount in this Agreement.
Allotment Money means 15% of the Consideration Amount for the said Residential flat paid by the Applicant to Joyville Shapoorji Housing Private Limited as per the prescribed payment plan.

  • Allotment or “Allotted” means, unless the context otherwise requires, the allotment of the Equity Shares pursuant to the Fresh Issue and transfer of the Offered Shares pursuant to the Offer for Sale to the successful Bidders.

  • Over-allotment Purchase Price The Purchaser shall pay the Over-allotment Purchase Price by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Company at least one business day prior to the Over-Allotment Closing Date in accordance with the Company’s wiring instructions.
