Allotted Laytime definition

Allotted Laytime as defined in Section 7.12.1;

Examples of Allotted Laytime in a sentence

  • If, as of the seventy-second (72nd) hour after the end of the Delivery Window, Seller has not berthed the LNG Tanker, and such delay is not attributable to a reason that would result in an extension of Allotted Laytime under Section 7.12.1, Seller shall be deemed to have failed to make the Scheduled Cargo Quantity of the relevant cargo available for delivery and the provisions of Section 5.6.2 shall apply.

Related to Allotted Laytime

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school-age care competencies.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Hour means an hour of sixty minutes. For the purpose of hire and / or penalty charges, fraction of an hour up to 30 (thirty) minutes will not be taken into account and more than 30 (thirty) minutes will be treated as one full hour.

  • Charter school means an independent public school

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Support Hours means 24 hours per day with the exception of first and second Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day;
