Allowed Mileage limit definition

Allowed Mileage limit this term means the maximum number of kilometres indicated in the Special Terms that the Vehicle may cover without incurring additional charges (fees) to the Lessee or recalculation (increase) of the standard Rental fee price according to Special Terms of the Contract. The cost of the Allowed Mileage limit is included in the standard Rental fee. Excess mileage fee and other provisions related to the recalculation of the Rental fee are indicated in the Special Terms.

Examples of Allowed Mileage limit in a sentence

  • If in the Special Terms the Lessee has selected the Expected mileage limit that exceeds the Allowed Mileage limit, the Lessee shall be charged with the increased Rental fee set out in the Special Terms, but the charge for the Excess Mileage fee shall be applied after the Lessee exceeds the mileage level selected by the Lessee.
