TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1. This Contract is concluded for a definite period from February 9, 2015 by February 9, 2016.
2.2. Upon the expiry of the terms of the Contract stipulated in paragraph 2.1. hereof, Parties have the right to extend it for an indefinite or definite period but not less than one year.
2.3. If upon the expiration of the terms of the Contract stipulated in paragraph 2.1. hereof, neither of the Parties has notified in writing about the termination of the employment relationship within the last working day, this Contract is considered to be extended for the same term as previously concluded.
2.4. The Employer has the right to extend the Contract for a definite period of not less than one year not more than two times. Upon continuation of the employment relationship this contract is considered to be concluded for an indefinite period.
2.5. If the Employee has reached retirement age and at the same time has a high professional and qualification level and taking into account his efficiency, the contract may be extended annually without the restriction provided in paragraph 2.4. hereof.
TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. The contract shall begin on 25th February 2019 and shall terminate on 31st August 2019. As agreed you need to fulfil the terms of the contract and will play the role which will be defined from time to time. The Payment will be made within 5 days on raising an invoice with a status update on the work completed as per given assignment and approved by your senior of LSIPL as spelt out in the contract. The above scope of work is indicative. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and the same has to be delivered within the contract duration.
TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1. The Representative performs customs clearance of goods of the principal on a privileged basis according to the requirements and terms of legislation of the Eurasian Customs Union (EACU).
2.2. The principal entitles the Representative to store and use personal data only for the purposes of contractual compliance
2.3. Any information received in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of this Contract shall not be disclosed or distributed except for the cases of information transfer to a state body in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.4. The Representative shall have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, if there are changes in legislation coming in to effect in terms of customs declaration of goods for personal use.

This Policy, the Policyholder’s Group Insurance Plan Application, the Benefit Schedule, the Riders and Appendices, as well as any proof of insurability and any student’s application for insurance constitute the entire contract between the parties. Any rider affixed to the contract at a later date is deemed to be an integral part of the contract in accordance with the terms set out in the rider.

PURE Life Shows Ltd may, from time to time, vary or amend these terms, provided such variations or amendments do not operate to diminish the rights reserved to the Challenger attending and shall not operate to increase the liabilities of PURE Life Shows Ltd or its agents or partners in this case which are Iconic Adventures, The Xxxxxx Xxxx and Eleven Experience.
