Excess Mileage Fee definition

Excess Mileage Fee means the fee, specified by the Lease Provider in a Lease, that must be paid by the Authorized User at the end of the Lease Term for every mile the Lease Vehicle is driven over the Mileage Limit set forth in the Lease.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Excess Mileage Fee and the Time of Use Fee are intended to induce favorable behaviors by the Customer with respect to the Vehicles and the System and not to punish Customer.

Excess Mileage Fee means, in respect of a Collection Period and a Redelivery PCP Contract, any fee paid by the relevant Customer in respect of such Redelivery PCP Contract during such Collection Period on account of the number of miles on the odometer of the applicable Vehicle at the time of its redelivery exceeding the maximum distance specified in the relevant Receivables Agreement.
