Allowed Property Damage Claims means a Property Damage Claim which was the subject of a timely filed Proof of Claim (or a Proof of Claim that was authorized by a Final Order to be late filed before the Effective Date) and (a) has been Allowed by a Final Order, (b) is Allowed (i) pursuant to the Plan, or (ii) in any stipulation that is approved by the Bankruptcy Court, or (c) that is Allowed through the Tort Claims Trust Distribution Procedures.
