Released PAGA Claims definition

Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

Examples of Released PAGA Claims in a sentence

  • The release of the Released PAGA Claims shall be effective as to all Aggrieved Employees, regardless of whether an Aggrieved Employee submitted a request for an exclusion from the Class.

  • The operative release period for the Released PAGA Claims is the PAGA Period.

  • If you are an Aggrieved Employee and exclude yourself, you will still be paid your share of the PAGA Penalties and will remain subject to the release of the Released PAGA Claims regardless of whether you submit a request for exclusion.
