Allowed time means 24 hours, plus one hour for (A) each 10,000 dwt or part thereof of cargo over 150,000 dwt actually loaded in the case of Vessels loading coal or petroleum coke or (B) each 2,000 dwt or part thereof of cargo over 30,000 dwt actually loaded in the case of Vessels loading sulphur, after laytime commences for such Vessel, and (ii) "Previously Loaded Vessel" means, in relation to a Vessel which has given Notice of Readiness (the "Vessel's Notice"), the Vessel which immediately prior to the giving of the Vessel's Notice has given Notice of Readiness under this Agreement, is ready to load sulphur, is in free pratique and is cleared by Customs.

Related to Allowed time

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 7 (Timetables).

Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives.   • Lowest Achievable Emission Rate (LAER) means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Full Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, each firm quotation obtained from a Dealer at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance equal to the Quotation Amount;
