Structural Alterations definition

Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.
Structural Alterations means altering the main building components which support a building;
Structural Alterations means the addition to, deletion from, or change to any building which requires a permit other than a plumbing permit or an electrical permit pursuant to the Safety Codes Act;

Examples of Structural Alterations in a sentence

  • Tenant will not make any Structural Alterations to the Premises or any Alterations to the Common Area.

  • If the Alterations are not Structural Alterations, Tenant will make the Alterations at Tenant’s sole cost and expense in accordance with Article 8.

  • Upon prior written notice to Landlord, Tenant shall have the right to make any Alteration(s) to the Leased Premises, that are not Structural Alterations and the cost of which does not exceed the Threshold Amount, in the aggregate, in any calendar year; provided, that, Tenant complies with clause (c) of this Paragraph 12.

  • If any such Alterations are Structural Alterations, Landlord will make the Structural Alterations; provided, however, that Landlord may require Tenant to deposit with Landlord an amount sufficient to pay the cost of the Structural Alterations (including, without limitation, reasonable overhead and administrative costs).

  • In the event Landlord does not consent to the Tenant’s plans for Structural Alterations, Landlord shall specifically inform Tenant of the reason for denial of such consent.


More Definitions of Structural Alterations

Structural Alterations means any change in the supporting members of a building such as bearing walls or partitions, columns, beams, or girders, excepting such alteration as may be required for the safety of the building.
