Alternate Exchange definition

Alternate Exchange means The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, NYSE, NYSE American, or any successor thereto.
Alternate Exchange means a securities exchange or quotation system for which the Inovio Common Stock qualifies for initial listing or quotation using commercially reasonable efforts, as determined by Inovio in consultation with VGX.
Alternate Exchange means the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market or the Nasdaq Global Select Market, as may be applicable. “Alternative Business Combination” means any Business Combination with respect to Acquiror, other than the Transactions.

  • The Company shall provide information reasonably requested by Parent with respect to such Nasdaq or Alternate Exchange application and otherwise cooperate with Parent to obtain and maintain such listing.

  • The Company shall use its best efforts to cause the ADSs issuable upon conversion and/or in payment of the Securities to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (if the ADSs are then listed thereon) or an Alternate Exchange (if the ADSs are then listed thereon).

  • LIBOR Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(b)(i).

  • Applicable Exchange Rate means, with respect to any Contract denominated and payable in Euros or GBPs on any day, the lesser of (a) the applicable currency Dollar spot rate used by the Borrower (as determined by the Collateral Manager) to acquire such currency on the date such Contract is included in the Borrower Collateral and (b) the Applicable Conversion Rate for such currency.
