Exchange definition

Exchange means the TSX Venture Exchange;
Exchange means any national securities exchange registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Exchange means the exchange or quotation system specified in the Table, any successor to the exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in the Share has temporarily relocated (provided that the Determination Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to the Share on such temporary substitute exchange or quotation system as on the original Exchange).

  • The Allottee understands and agrees that in the event of any failure on his/her part to comply with the applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, he/she shall be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or other laws as applicable, as amended from time to time.

  • Any refund, transfer of security, if provided in terms of the Agreement shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or statutory enactments or amendments thereof and the Rules and Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India or any other applicable law.

  • A governmental agency or non-profit entity that meets the applicable Exchange standards, and other related standards established under the applicable law, and makes Qualified Health Plans (QHP) available to Qualified Individuals and qualified employers (as these terms are defined by the Marketplace).
