Alternative Accommodation definition

Alternative Accommodation means the address of a place of alternative accommodation set out in item 1.28;
Alternative Accommodation means accommodation not provided by KSS or Bright World but chosen independently by Parents/Student or a third party.
Alternative Accommodation means the address of a place of alternative accommodation as the address of the parent / guardian / account payer as per the application formannexure E;

  • Further, We pay for Loss of rent and Rent for Alternative Accommodation, which will be paid to the extent declared by You and agreed by Us as specified under Clause C (6) of this Policy while Your Home Building is not fit for living following loss or damage due to an insured event.

  • The Authority may in its discretion refuse or accept any proposed Temporary Alternative Accommodation that does not meet the requirements of Section 4.2 of this Schedule and in all other cases will act reasonably when deciding to accept or refuse any proposed Temporary Alternative Accommodation.

  • The Authority will notify Project Co in writing of its acceptance or refusal of the proposed Temporary Alternative Accommodation within 24 hours of its inspection or, if the Authority has elected not to inspect, within 5 Business Days of receipt of the Temporary Alternative Accommodation Notice.

  • The most we will pay for any one event is 4 months of Alternative Accommodation Rent - not exceeding 30% of the contents sum insured.

  • If it wishes to inspect the Temporary Alternative Accommodation the Authority will do so within 5 Business Days of receipt of the Temporary Alternative Accommodation Notice.

  • If an Unavailability Event occurs Project Co may offer the Authority Temporary Alternative Accommodation by notice (the “Temporary Alternative Accommodation Notice”) to the Authority within 5 Business Days from the commencement of the applicable Event.

  • If it wishes to inspect the Temporary Alternative Accommodation the Authority will do so within 7 days of receipt of the Temporary Alternative Accommodation Notice.

  • Transient accommodation means a room, group of rooms, or other living or sleeping space for the lodging of occupants, including but not limited to residences or buildings used as residences, that is obtained through a transient space marketplace or is a professionally managed unit. "Transient accommodation" does not include: a hotel or hotel room; a room, group of rooms, or other living or sleeping space used as a place of assembly; a dormitory or other similar residential facility of an elementary or secondary school or a college or university; a hospital, nursing home, or other similar residential facility of a provider of services for the care, support and treatment of individuals that is licensed by the State; a campsite, cabin, lean-to, or other similar residential facility of a campground or an adult or youth camp; a furnished or unfurnished private residential property, including but not limited to condominiums, bungalows, single-family homes and similar living units, where no maid service, room service, linen changing service or other common hotel services are made available by the lessor and where the keys to the furnished or unfurnished private residential property, whether a physical key, access to a keyless locking mechanism, or other means of physical ingress to the furnished or unfurnished private residential property, are provided to the lessee at the location of an offsite real estate broker licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission pursuant to R.S.45:15-1 et seq.; or leases of real property with a term of at least 90 consecutive days.

  • Accommodations means the room or other space provided to transient guests for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping, including furnishings and other accessories, in a facility that is not a campground, hospital, nursing home, emergency shelter, or community mental health or community substance abuse treatment facility. Accommodations do not include food or beverages.

  • Credit means the right granted by a creditor to a debtor to defer payment of debt or to incur debt and defer its payment.

  • Public accommodation means each and every place, establishment, or facility of whatever kind, nature, or class that caters or offers services, facilities, or goods for a fee or charge to nonmembers of any organization or association utilizing the place, establishment, or facility, provided that any place, establishment, or facility that caters or offers services, facilities, or goods to the nonmembers gratuitously shall be deemed a public accommodation if the accommodation receives governmental support or subsidy. Public accommodation shall not mean any bona fide private club or other place, establishment, or facility which is by its nature distinctly private, except when such distinctly private place, establishment, or facility caters or offers services, facilities, or goods to the nonmembers for fee or charge or gratuitously, it shall be deemed a public accommodation during such period. “Public accommodation” includes each state and local government unit or tax-supported district of whatever kind, nature, or class that offers services, facilities, benefits, grants or goods to the public, gratuitously or otherwise.   • Accommodation Agreement means the agreement between the Student, the School, the Parents, which governs the Student’s accommodation arrangements. Act means the Education Act 1989. Agreement means this Agreement including any schedules. Application Form means the standard enrolment form which forms the cover page of this Agreement. Code means the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016.

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
