Public accommodation: A refreshment, entertainment or recreation facility of any kind, whether licensed or not, whose goods, services, facilities, privileges or advantages are extended, offered, sold or otherwise made available to the public.
Public accommodation" means every place, establishment, or facility of whatever kind, nature, or class that caters or offers services, facilities, or goods to the general public for a fee, charge, or gratuity.
Public accommodation means private entities whose operations affect commerce; the relevance for passenger vessels appears to be in such "public gathering" activities as food service, entertainment, and recreation.
