Alternative electric supplier definition

Alternative electric supplier means a person selling electric generation service to retail customers in this state. Alternative electric supplier does not include a person who physically delivers electricity directly to retail customers in this state. An alternative electric supplier is not a public utility.
Alternative electric supplier means that term as defined in section 10g of 2000 PA 141, MCL 460.10g.
Alternative electric supplier or "AES" means a Person properly licensed by the Commission to sell electric Generation Service to retail Customers in the state of Michigan. AES does not include the Person who physically delivers electricity from the AES directly to retail Customers in Michigan.
