Alternative Reference Bank Rate definition

Alternative Reference Bank Rate has the meaning given to that term in Clause 12.3 (Alternative Reference Bank Rate).
Alternative Reference Bank Rate means the arithmetic mean of the rates (rounded upwards to four decimal places) as supplied to the Facility Agent at its request by the Alternative Reference Banks:
Alternative Reference Bank Rate is defined in Section 2.14.

Examples of Alternative Reference Bank Rate in a sentence

  • If paragraph (e) above applies but no Reference Bank Rate is available for the relevant currency or Interest Period the applicable LIBOR or the applicable EURIBOR shall be the Alternative Reference Bank Rate as of the Specified Time for the currency of that Loan and for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.

  • Reference Bank As defined in Section 4.04.

  • Alternative Benchmark Rate means an alternative benchmark or screen rate which is customarily applied in international debt capital markets transactions for the purposes of determining floating rates of interest (or the relevant component part thereof) in the Specified Currency, provided that all determinations will be made by the Independent Adviser in its reasonable discretion.
