Alternative Renewable Energy Producer definition

Alternative Renewable Energy Producer. – means the operator of an alternative renewable energy source that generates and sells electricity at commercial level.
Alternative Renewable Energy Producer means the operator of an alternative renewable energy source that generates and sells electricity and whose capacity is higher than one (1) megawatt (Mw) of electricity or higher.
