Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust definition

Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust for each series of Securities has the meaning specified in the Officers' Certificate for such series delivered pursuant to Section 3.01 of this Indenture.

Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust means the amended and restated declaration of trust of the Trust dated as of December 29, 2010;

Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust means this Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust, as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions hereof, including all exhibits hereto, and including, for all purposes of this Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and any modification, amendment or supplement hereto, the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act that are deemed to be a part of and govern this Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and any such modification, amendment or supplement, respectively.

Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust means the Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated September 19, 1989 of the Van Kampxx Xxxxxxx Xxxme Rate Income Trust.

Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust means the Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex C, or substantially in such form as may be specified as contemplated by Section 2.01 with respect to the Securities of any series, in each case as amended from time to time.
