Amended and Restated LLC Agreement definition

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Amended and Restated LLC Agreement

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among the Company, PBF Member, and Eni Member in the form set forth in Exhibit C.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement has the meaning provided such term in the recitals to this Agreement. “Amended and Restated Omnibus Agreement” has the meaning provided such term in the recitals to this Agreement.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company dated as of May 5, 2011, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Dex Holdings LLC by and among the Members and the other Members parties thereto, dated as of the date hereof as it may be modified or supplemented from time to time.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement means an amended and restated limited liability company agreement with respect to Holdco, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated LLC Agreement of the General Partner, effective as of February 13, 2012.

Amended and Restated LLC Agreement is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
