Amended Certificate definition

Amended Certificate has the meaning assigned to it in the Preamble.
Amended Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals hereof.

More Definitions of Amended Certificate

Amended Certificate means the amended and restated certificate of incorporation for Reorganized RMC, which will be annexed hereto as Exhibit D and filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
