Amended Effective Date definition

Amended Effective Date means the date the Amended Plan is first approved by the Company’s stockholders in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s by-laws, the applicable Securities Exchange and Section 422 of the Code.

Amended Effective Date means the Marketer Change Date.

Amended Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of Amended Effective Date in a sentence

• In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated prior to the Amended Effective Date, this Agreement (including, without limitation, the immediately preceding sentence) shall have no force or effect.

• Subject to the provisions for earlier termination hereinafter provided, the Executive’s employment hereunder shall be for a term (the “Employment Period”) commencing on January 1, 2020 (the “Amended Effective Date”) and ending on the fourth anniversary of the Amended Effective Date (the “Initial Term”).

Amended Effective Date means the date the shareholders of the Company approve the Amended and Restated Plan.
