Examples of Amended Effective Date in a sentence
In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated prior to the Amended Effective Date, this Agreement (including, without limitation, the immediately preceding sentence) shall have no force or effect.
The Executive agrees that the Original Agreement shall be terminated and of no further force or effect from and after the Amended Effective Date.
As of the Amended Effective Date, this Agreement, together with the Indemnification Agreement, constitutes the final, complete and exclusive agreement between the Executive and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and replaces and supersedes any and all other agreements, offers or promises, whether oral or written, by any member of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or representative thereof.
