Date of this Lease definition

Date of this Lease means the date on which the last one of the Landlord and Tenant has signed this Lease.
Date of this Lease or "date of this Lease" shall mean the date of acceptance of this Lease by the Landlord, following execution and delivery thereof to Landlord by Tenant and that date shall be inserted in the space provided in the Preamble.
Date of this Lease. The "date of this lease" shall be the date upon which this lease has been fully executed by both parties.

  • After the Expiration Date of this Lease Contract, this Lease Contract shall not be deemed to have been renewed or extended in accordance with applicable law.

  • This Paragraph shall be of no force and effect if Tenant shall fail to give any such notice to Landlord within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date of this Lease.
