Amended Operating Agreement definition

Amended Operating Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amended Operating Agreement means that certain agreement dated November 7, 2007, by and between the Kansas Power Pool and its individual member cities, as amended by the Second Amended Operating Agreement was adopted by the KPP Board of Directors on February 19, 2015, and as further amended or restated from time to time.
