Amendment Agreements definition

Amendment Agreements means the Swap Amended and Restated Confirmations and the Relevant Documents Amendment Agreement;

Amendment Agreements means the Swap Amendment Agreements and the Liquidity Facility Amendment Agreement;

Amendment Agreements means each of:

Amendment Agreements means each consent letter, amendment agreement or deed of amendment and restatement entered into between, amongst others, the Original Borrower and the Facility Agent from time to time in relation to the amendment or amendment and restatement of this Agreement.
