Amendment to Mortgage definition

Amendment to Mortgage means an amendment to a Mortgage reflecting this amendment and restatement of the Original Credit Agreement, or any subsequent amendment to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit I-3 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Amendment to Mortgage means an amendment to the Mortgage, in form and content satisfactory to the Bank, granting, among other things, a first lien on all of the Borrower's right, title and interest in and to the Puueo Property and the improvements constructed and to be constructed thereon and personal property related thereto.
Amendment to Mortgage means, with respect to any Mortgage executed prior to the Effective Date, an amendment to such Mortgage dated the date hereof in substantially the form of Exhibit Q.
