Examples of Amount Held for Future Distribution in a sentence
If the Servicer determines it is required to make a Periodic Advance, it shall, on or before the Servicer Advance Date, either (a) deposit into the Servicer Custodial Account an amount equal to the Advance and/or (b) make an appropriate entry in its records relating to the Servicer Custodial Account that any portion of the Amount Held for Future Distribution in the Servicer Custodial Account has been used by the Servicer in discharge of its obligation to make any such Periodic Advance.
The Master Servicer shall use its best efforts to cause the institution maintaining the Custodial Account to invest the funds in the Custodial Account attributable to the Mortgage Loans in Permitted Investments which shall mature not later than the Certificate Account Deposit Date next following the date of such investment (with the exception of the Amount Held for Future Distribution) and which shall not be sold or disposed of prior to their maturities.
Amount Held for Future Distribution: As to the Certificates on any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount held in each Collection Account at the close of business on the related Determination Date on account of (i) Principal Prepayments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds on the Mortgage Loans received after the end of the related Prepayment Period and (ii) all Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans due after the end of the related Due Period.
Amount Held for Future Distribution: As to any Distribution Date, the total of the amounts held in the Servicer Custodial Account at the close of business on the preceding Determination Date on account of (i) Principal Prepayments and Liquidation Proceeds received or made in the month of such Distribution Date and (ii) payments which represent receipt of Monthly Payments in respect of a Due Date or Due Dates subsequent to the related Due Date.
