Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, “Basel III Regulation” shall include Part 6 of the European Union regulation on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms (the “CRR”) and any law, regulation, standard, guideline, directive or other publication supplementing or otherwise modifying the CRR.

  • Capital Adequacy Regulation means any guideline, request or directive of any central bank or other Governmental Authority, or any other law, rule or regulation, whether or not having the force of law, in each case, regarding capital adequacy of any bank or of any corporation controlling a bank.

  • Moratorium Period means the period of maximum months from the Commencement Date provided by DMRC to the Lessee for carrying out Fit Out Activities in order to operationalize the Leased Space(s).
