Anchore Enterprise definition

Anchore Enterprise shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Master Agreement.
Anchore Enterprise means the Anchore Software and any Support Services provided as part of the Subscription, all as described in more detail in Schedule A (defined below), which (i) Customer may access online at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/schedule-a and (ii) hereby is incorporated by reference herein to the extent that the applicable Order Form for the applicable Subscription indicates that Customer ordered the Anchore Enterprise service.

  • Anchore will provide supported upgrade paths between major versions of Anchore Enterprise as they become available.

Related to Anchore Enterprise

  • Joint enterprise means any lottery activity in which the bureau participates pursuant to a written agreement between the state of Michigan and any state, territory, country, or other sovereignty as executed by the commissioner. Joint enterprise does not include the state lottery created pursuant to this act.

  • Competitive Enterprise means a business enterprise that (i) engages in any activity, or (ii) owns or controls a significant interest in any entity that engages in any activity, that, in either case, competes anywhere with any activity in which the Company is engaged. The activities covered by the previous sentence include, without limitation, all insurance and re-insurance and insurance and re-insurance-related activities, asset management, financial product activities (including, without limitation, derivative activities) and financial services in the United States and abroad.

  • Disabled Business Enterprise means a business owned by a person with a disability that is a continuing, independent, for-profit business that performs a commercially useful function, and is at least fifty-one (51%) owned and controlled by one (1) or more persons with a disability, or, in the case of any publicly-owned business, at least fifty one percent (51%) of the stock of which is owned and controlled by one(1) or more persons with a disability and whose management and daily business operations are under the control of one (1) or more persons with a disability.

  • Indian-owned economic enterprise means any Indian-owned (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior) commercial, industrial, or business activity established or organized for the purpose of profit, provided that Indian ownership constitutes not less than 51 percent of the enterprise.

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois.
