Currency of Denomination definition

Currency of Denomination has the meaning given to such term in Section 11.06. (Judgment Currency).

Examples of Currency of Denomination in a sentence

  • The term “rate of exchange” shall include any premiums and costs of exchange payable in connection with the purchase of, or conversion into, the relevant Currency of Denomination that are documented and reasonable in light of market conditions at the time of such conversion.

Related to Currency of Denomination

  • Specified Denomination(s) means the amount(s) specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement;
